Admission

Those who seek admission in the school, should apply in the prescribed form available in the office. The process of admission commences from February onwards.
Admission into class XI (For MGM ) Students : - MGM students will be given the first preference and will be expected to take admission within 10days of the

declaration of Board results failing which the seats will be offered to other applicants Please note that various streams of study will be allotted according to their merit.

For External (Non – MGM) Students : - All the applications of registered candidates will be scrutinized on the basis of the stipulated criteria in Class – X Board Exams. The final selection will be based on a written test and / or personal interview. Cut – off percentage / grade will be fixed at the discretion of school authority.

Documents Required at the time of Interview & Admission :-

  1. Transfer Certificate (in original)
  2. Character Certificate (in original)
  3. A pupil absent from an examination without grave reason, will be considered as having failed in it. In case of illness, promotion will be based on the year's performance.
  4. Photo copy of Class – X Mark Sheet (if not submitted at the time of registration)
  5. Migration certificate (applicable to the students other than C.B.S.E Board)
  6. Minimum age for admission to nursery is 2½ in the moth of April of the current year and the maximum to be 3½ years. For class 1 the minimum age is 5½ years.
  7. Admission will not be confirmed until the first installment including the Activity fees is paid.
  8. Applicable form for admission can be obtained from the office on payment of the prescribed charge.

Withdrawl
A calendar month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of the pupil. No leaving certificates will be issued until all the dues of the school is cleared.
A student maybe removed by school authorities on any of the following grounds..

  • Persistently weak in studies.
  • Habitual idleness and disobedience.
  • Unsatisfactory Conduct.
  • Disregard to the school activities.
  • Moral breach considered serious by the school authorities.
  • Failing two times in the same class.
  • The Principal has the right to refuse the continuation of studies to any pupil in this school, whose conduct or behaviour is not satisfactory.
